Once upon a time,

 There lived a prosperous kindom with a handsome prince. Everything he ever wanted was bestowed upon the lad. Whether it be riches, delicasies, good-looks, you name it. Everyone admired that boy. Except one hideous magician in the shadows.

 When choosing whom to adobt, the King seemingly regected him. For years the dark magician sullied in anger and bitter jealousy-plotting to get even with His Highness via slaying his son. Finally his insideous chance had come!

 One night while riding his horse, the black wizard started the prince-causing him to fall, break his neck, and enter the land of the dead. Now you must find a way to outsmart the warlock and burst back through the gates of the realm of the living!

 Headless Zombie is a Halloween-themed physics puzzler where you must find a clever way to get from point a to point b. Whether it be decapitating yourself to flip a switch or whatnot. There are 20 corses in all. 

 I thought the Halloween game well-executed with crisp graphics clean animation. Gameplay is not too challenging which is good in the fustrating department but prehaps not so much for challenge addics. In all, I give Headless Zombie 5 Stars!

Halloween Mahjong

Have you ever had one of those days in October. You know. When you just felt like to scare yourself as a kid. If it wasn't Autumn fever. It had to be Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wolf Man, or even Freddy Krouger!

 Well, I might not have any of those classics at this go around. But I do have Solitary Halloween Mahjong! Just like any other ordinary Mahjong game, you match two ghouly tiles until they all disapear from the board then you win(if no more matches can be made you lose)!

 I find the music to be quite festive and amusing though a muse button is provided for those who'd prefer it off. I felt the the ads didn't perfectly blend into the atmosphere of the game. Otherwise, I thought this Mahjong was wicked!

Memorial Day Jigsaw Puzzle

Monkey Go Happy Hearts

 What other time of year do you see cupid makin g his rounds or hearts floating about like Tweety Bird? Why Valentine's Day of course! Which means the monkey needs to find all those anthropomorphic hearts if he ever wants to achieve that elusive state of happiness.

 There are 20 stages in all. Within each lay three hearts who's spirits must be lifted in order to advance further. All you've gotta do is tap to interact with needed objects and drag-and-drop em to solve certain puzzles. 23 hearts must be sought in level 20. Before you ask here's the solution to the heart door. From left to right...

Down, Up, Down, Down, Up, and Down 

 This is pretty much like all previous Monkey Go Happy editions(just with a Valentine facelift). Which I'm sure you don't mind. The challenge is just right. Personally, I see this as more of an adventure then a mind-scratching puzzle. All in all, this game lives up to the standard of the ever-expanding repertoire of the Monkey Go Happy bananza!

Five Frightful Party Favors!

 Well, another Halloween has dawned upon us. A night full of Reese's, Butterfingers, Hershey's, spooks, and pumpkin Frappe's. A time when it's O.K. to scare yourself and go door to door begging for candy. Tonight I have five frightful party favors to chew on before midnight falls.

 Our first treat takes us to Ghost Island. A world taken from Nintendo's Super Mario Star Scramble 2. Mario must hop through a few leery platforms infested with boos to restore the Toadstoolian power source. Mario's star power.

#3 Mummy's Path Level Pack

 Apparently this mummy is not prepared to venture forth from Egypt. He must go through a few tests to sharpen his skills. As the title implies, you must safely carve a path for the mummy's head to roll toward and reattach itself to it's corpse. There are items to drag-and-drop to ensure his head is recapitated again.

#4 Halloween Crush Party

 Our fourth favor gives us a match three Halloween puzzle! As the name suggests, you must align three or more of the same kind to score. You must reach a specified score to go to the next course on a limited timescale. Each level gets trickier. So good luck and knock yourselves out!

 Last but not least, here is a kooky virtual jigsaw puzzle by Inocreato! It's difficulty caters to almost everyone. There is an Easy, Medium, and Hard mode plus a timed and free play edition. One thing is missing here-Halloween soundtracking!

Spook House

  A group of bachelors once lived in this ancient house. But a crook snarled after their trust funds and murdered each one after the other. He slipped a few dabs of formaldehyde in their drinks. So slowly they drifted off to sleep never to wake again. 

 Memories of life are quite foggy and distorted. Now that they've transitioned into a couple of spooks, these college ghosts have been dwelling peacefully in this mansion for over 200 years. 

 That's until a real estate agent decided to put the old home up for sale.

 But this is their living quarters. These guys have paid good money to secure this manor. Now you must help these ghouls scare the daylights out of this realtor before she closes in on a deal with a prospective buyer. Just pop the gadget the specter is hiding in and let him roll toward the agent to catch her. Collect all the stars along the way for added points. There are thirty courses in all. Completing six levels reveals a new ghost. A walkthrough is provided within the game.

Spook House Review

 I find this physics-based strategy game quite charming. The animation is cartoonisticly zany and the soundtracking is quite festive. So if you'd like to kill fifteen minutes playing a laid-back Halloween strategy, then I believe "Spook House" is just right for you!

Haunted Halloween

 Well, it appears Jack has once again lost his head and needs your help to get it recapitated again. Introducing "Haunted Halloween"-a physics-based strategy inducer by Gamehub!

 As the third-person, you must bend matter or manipulate your surroundings by eliminating platforms, expanding/shrinking blocks, and detonating bombs to get this head-less specters skull back on his shoulders. At first it'l be a breeze. But as you get going, the challenge will slowly kick in. Speaking of difficulty, if you finish each course within a certain time-lot, you'll get a star! There are 30 courses in all. Good luck and happy capitations.

Haunted Halloween Review

 I find this to be squeaky clean with top-notch graphics and gourmet animation. The music is fairly child-like and festive, especially the into. The challenge is not overbearing but a walkthrough is provided in game in case your stuck. Overall, "Haunted Halloween" is another well done kooky strategy just in time for the big day!

Snail Bob 4

 So far, Snail bob has been through three menacing journeys. First, he attempted to carve out a simple lifestyle near a Lake. Then fought tooth and nail to find his grandpa a present for his Birthday. Afterwards, this gastropod trekked across the hot dry dessert of Egypt in search for treasure. Now the snail has been chosen to embark on a quest among the stars of outer space!

 NASA has just discovered a planet the size of Earth orbiting a nearby star. What's more? The atmosphere is very much like our own with plenty or oxygen, nitrogen, and even a little carbon dioxide to keep heat from escaping into the nothingness of space. They've also found what appears to be purplish vegetation upon one of it's continents. So the U.S. government has selected you as their guinea pig to see if the slug can survive in one piece.

 As with previous installments, you must find a way to get this snail from point A to point B by manipulating your surroundings via using that mouse to point-and-click those hurtles away. Be wary of exquisite booby traps and hungry aliens who'll swallow you in one bite. Yes, there is a nemesis to contend with at the very end. But once he's defeated, you can slurp your way back to grandpa's house(before he has a heart attack). As an added challenge, try to find all three stars hidden in each course.

Snail Bob 4 Review

 I find this installment very similar to previous episodes. Great execution and finely-toggled zany animation. The difficulty might be too easy for some but just right for those who'd prefer to experience an adventure over a pure challenge. Overall, part 4 still has the magic that made the first three Snail Bob's wonderful!

Blob's Story

 Hear now is a story of chivalry. Mr. and Mrs. Blob. A couple who'd go through knotty hurtles and and grim forests just to be together. Two gooey monsters becoming one in the bond of love. Now ain't that nice. Well, you decide.

 Introducing Blob's Story! A physics-puzzler from Alma Games. Here you must untangle whatever mess the Mr. has got himself into and get him to his sweet-heart safe and sound(within each stage). There are 27 worlds in all. Within each are three flowers that he needs to unlock future worlds. Once all levels are cleared, they can live happily ever after!

Blob's Story Review

 Blob's Story is quite simple and straight-forward. But as another reviewer opined, it's the design that's quite intriguing! It's gloomy almost Gothic landscape gives the game a despondent flair. However, the soothing piano quickly lifts up your mood with it's chiming soundtrack. Overall, Blob's Story is very well-executed and thought-out!

Seen On Screen

 Are you in the mood for a simple yet precise point-and-click puzzler to wrap your head around? Well look no further than "Seen On Screen" by Bonte Games. Very similar to Press The Red Button, the developer has quite a few riddles to solve. Some easy as pie other not so much.

  Although nothing too terribly unique I find the puzzles fairly challenging with one or two head scratchers thrown in for good measure. Though nothing head-banging at least. I'm happy to give this 4.5 out of 5 stars!

Monkey Go Happy Treasure

Monkey Go Happy Treasure

 What does it take to get a monkey happy? You could bring him to the circus, give him a message, have him eat candy, etc. But what if I send him on a scavenger hunt for treasure?

 Introducing Monkey Go Happy Treasure! A puzzle solving point-and-click adventure by Pencilkids.  After Easter Egg Hunting(go Here for the second Easter game!) then ramming into Leprechauns and Turkeys, now you must go through 16 stages to hunt for gold! Within each scene is a task that must be completed in order to go to the final showdown(stage 16). Weather it be a monster swallowing a helicopter or Anubis giving you a hand, this edition of the Monkey Go Happy stockade is surely worth it!

 I thought the game was nice and easy(sometimes too easy). It does not stray from the look and feel of previous installments. Except for the multiple scenes of course. It's quirky, zany, and a bit on the  light-hearted side of things!

Abandoned

 Legend has it a once thriving civilization inhabited the rocky foothills of the tibetan plateau before humans walked the Earth. One day, a ground-breaking discovery was made-a portal to another dimension was found on top of a stony cliff. Or so the hieroglyphs proclaim. They've never been seen nor heard from since.

  Now your brother claims he's found the doorway that leads to this other world. The guy has sent you letters and postcards begging you to join him. Against your better instincts, you oblige, pack your bags, and head for the heart of the Orient.

 Upon arrival, a few fragmentary diary sheets(with subtle hints) and a golden key just sit there waiting for you. Your brother is already on the other side and beckons you to find and open the door. They say that curiosity killed the cat. But c'mon...Just throw caution in the wind be a pioneer!

Abandoned Review

 In many ways, shapes, and forms Abandoned takes a lot from the Submachine Series. From the architecture to the inter-dimensional industrial clobberish. It's even got an Eastern theme running through it's pixels. The soundtracking is kinda creepy and surreal. If you're an avid fan of Mat and his awesome games, then Abandoned will not disappoint! Colorize

Ah color...

 For many centuries(even millennia), mankind has analysed, philosophized, and contemplated the very fabric of chromatics. Weather the full spectrum is objective in property, a perception of the mind, or someplace in between. For without it, our very existence would be quite dull and dry. No darkness or light. No zest or beauty to behold. Only melancholy and disphoria(Greek pun intended) within a colorless vacuum of sullen mediocrity.

 Well, thank God you have eyes to see and a retina that accurately transcribes his marvelous light! Tonight calls for a new form of a physics-based puzzler by the name "Colorize"! In this game you must drag items with your mouse and match identical hues until all shapes are gone. Weather it be triangles, squares, circles, or even rectangle sticks. But the last colour on the screen must be the same as the outer fringes of your game box. The courses will get trickier as you further progress. Yet don't worry. A walkthrough is provided in game.

Review of Colorize

 Big Dino has done a colorful job executing a fairly challenging point-and-click flash game. With relevant soundtracking and wonderful imagery. For those of you who love to put 1-and-1 together, Colorize is the perfect addition to your coffee-break portfolio!

Courage Saw Game

 Do you know what time it is? Why It's Courage the Cowardly Dog Show! Staring Courage. The slave I meant pup of a mom and pop southern hillbilly couple in the middle of nowhere!

 Strange stuff happens out in the middle of nowhare. Weather it be spooks, dragons, or even villains bent on kidnapping grandma, he'd somehow manage to prod himself to save the day. And since this yellow dog is the biggest coward in the wilderness, what better victim could Jigsaw want to get his crafty hands on?

 Today the little doll has encased your beloved masters within a picture frame. In order to retrieve them back, you must play one of Pigsaw's mind-boggling puzzles. As always, dollface has left quite a few clues up your alley(well isn't he such a swell guy).

 Collect all the crumbs he's left and stash em in your inventory. Use and combine these objects into boobie traps as a counter-attack upon your foes. The Medallion that Jiggy used to transport Muriel and her grouchy deadbeat husband has been shattered into many pieces scattered about in unincorporated Nowhare. You must collect them all within 6 scenes and combine their forces together so that she can batch up another dozen cookies(smile).

 As with all their Saw Games, Inka has crafted another well-done plot. This time incorporating Courage into the mix. Just imagine if they did one with Michael Jackson in it. Now that would be something,wouldn't it? hint hint.

Drawfender

 Well well... Another rich philanthropist makes his headlines on nightly tellevision. Donating 6 Billion dollars to charity. Aiding the victims of yet another catastrophe. And so he pats himself on the back and broadcasts his folly!

 But I'm not gonna take it anymore. Ever since this guy has gone goody-two-shoes, my stocks have plummeted! Thus I have hired two hitchers to do my dirty bidding. For $50,000 each, they most put this jerk out of his misery(or should I say saintly pipe-dream). I'll then transfer all his assets to my business account and become a monopoly! This'll teach him to not mess with my bling bling!!!

 You must protect this beloved benefactor from the assaults of these good-for-nothing greedy thugs. But in order to do so, a little lesson on geometry must be in order. Draw up a block to buffet as a shield against Beeves and Buthead's cannon. Each course will get progressively tougher so keep your head on straight.

Drawfender Review

 I like the physics and highly-executed animation graphics. Don't worry, you'll only need a cursory understanding of physics. The storyline was fairly rough and the music was bearable. All in all, an excellent game for all you physics puzzler freaks!

Shuffle Time 2

 Apparently doofus has screwed up again. This time he has interfered with eleven different time zones. Like Last Time every one of them has a relic which belongs to a different age.

 As the Universal Timekeeper, Doofus must prove faithful and restore order to the chaos that he has brought forth. But don't expect anyone to just hand you these relics. You must give them something in return. Prehaps a devise suitable for their time period.

 Shuffle Time will engage your mind for 30 minutes. Part two is longer and a bit more challenging. Too bad there wasn't a Roman or Akkadian Empire. However, I think these two games are still eligible for a coffee break.
