Zelda Invaders 2

As a follow-up to "Zelda Invaders" I now give you part 2. Brought to you by JP Productions.

As if one battle weren't enough, Ganondorf now challenges Link to another fight to what he refers to as "the old fashioned way". The Great Deku Tree bids him further to destroy every last one of them until Hyrule is at peace from all sides. From now on, The Gerardo Valley Desert will be delegated a king with sterling character. No longer will Gannon deceive each passing generation with smooth and flattering lips. This time he'll be locked up in the realm of time for eternity.

Zelda Invaders 2 Review

This time around, Link is showing off what he has with two soundtracks from his catalog. Yet out of respect for "Space Invaders", he hasn't bothered tampering with the sound-effects(such a good boy). In some ways, Zelda Invaders has improved from part one. However, I wish JP used a few more music files instead of just two. But otherwise they did great(especially with the introduction).

The Legend of Zelda

It all began as a Japanese dream. To develop a hero like #Mario but only found within Ocarinian legends. In a land where there were more then one race of humans. A world full of enchantment, and mysteries just waiting to be explored.  Ladies and gentlemen, in 1986 The Legend of Zelda was born!

After 23 years, we are still reaping the benefits from Miyamoto's vision. Unlike today's gaming industry which is here today and gone tomorrow, games like these will last a lifetime(just like The Beatles White Album and Michael Jackson's Thriller). I bet you all could recount the many times of coming this close, but dying before obtaining that book-guarded with muscles and red and blue Dark knights. So for a little shot of nostalgia, go ahead and knock yourselves out!

The Legend of Zelda Review(Online Edition)

I am thoroughly impressed by the quality and efficiency. Yet I was the slightest bit perturbed by the static sound you hear with the music. But other then that little blunt, VNES has got to be the best emulators on the web!

Zelda Invaders

"Ganondorf-Thine arch enemy has mustered his own men against thee Link.
 And thy beloved Zelda".

"Thus my son. Hearken unto the voice of the great Deku Tree-guardian of the Green Forest.

"Thou hast verily brought me back from Hades-the gates from whence all men must go.

"Thou hast become much greater then any in the land of Hyrule.

"But a new wind is blowing against this vast land of the rising sun. Can you sense it? It's malevolence is exceedingly more wicked then the first. Ravenous wolves are closing in to seal thy doom unless ye act accordingly".

"It is imperative that ye equip thyself with a bow-n-arrow and plant thee magic bushes as a shield against the fiery darts of Ganondorf".

"My child. Be strengthened! Thou holdest the key to Hyrule's eternal destiny. Let thy forefathers be proud of thee. O thou heir to the throne of Hyrule"!

"Now go...And may the God of thy ancestors and mine watch over thee and make thy journey a success"!

Zelda Invaders Review

O.K. so I got carried away there(smile). It's only Zelda parodying Space Invaders.

The introduction has more of a 007 rather then a Zelda theme. But once you get going, the game resembles Space Invaders in every way. Only you're battling with Ganondorf's troops on Hyrule Field instead of aliens from outer space.

Play "Zelda Game" In Flash

I'm afraid Ganondorf is at it again. That worthless Geraldo and the king of all those who'd rather steal bread then work hard for a living. He has abducted the princess and the King of Hyrule has ordered you to come and rescue her. She will be given to you in marriage as an award(ha! I wonder if they'll go back on their word like the last time).

Use the Arrow Keys to Proust about and the Space Bar for slaying your enemies. Throw bombs with CTRL. Shoot bow n arrows by pressing the Shift Key. First, you must look for the Book of Medulla. Find some bow n arrows plus a bag to store bombs at your disposal. Then head for Hyrule Field to meet the King. Good luck on your quest!

Zelda Game Review

With no Zelda themed (much less any)tune in the background, the magic just wasn't there. Not to mention the gameplay is a bit tacky to get used to. Yet there is a storyline to this otherwise zestless gameplay. So on account of that, I find it otherwise quite interesting.

Zelda-Seeds Of Darkness

Allow me to introduce you to Zelda-The Seeds Of Darkness.

Once upon a time,

There lived an empire the world over
A kingdom founded on righteousness
A land flowing with milk and honey
Hyrule was it's name

One day Ganondorf the King of thieves
rebelled against the Motherland
The land of which brought him fourth

Stealthily across the Hyrulian Empire
He sows the Seeds of Darkness
Of anger, jealousy, and sadness

This caused Hyrule to split into three factions
No longer did peace rein but only discord, hatred, and woe
Their strength flew away like a bird
out of their grasp

As one of their wisemen said
"A kingdom divided against itself
Cannot stand"

Yet there was still hope
For that kingdom once united

Suddenly a beam of light
Shines from the forest
To seal the kings royal chalice
And purge the Darkness
From his presence forever and ever
And restore Hyrule to it's pristine glory

Review Of Zelda-Seed Of Darkness

Links House will remind you a lot about Kakarico Village(at least in a musical sense anyway).  Yet the battle field has a more wolverine sound to it. Now the graphics themselves will give you a hybrid sense of Windwaker and Ocarina Of Time. Other then that bomb(which has a tendency to stalk you where ever you go), Zepher did a superb job rendering a flash take on The Legend Of Zelda.
