Each year giant food corporations have been known to insert certain ingredients in their products to guarantee profits. In consequence, some have developed mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and addiction. There are insiders who even claim the pharmaceutical industry has struck a deal with them in insuring their bottom line!
But anyhow, here is "Elude"-a platforming adventure hosted by Gamebit to raise awareness of this sinister mental condition called Clinical depression! Journey with Elude through the muck of despair, the valleys of melancholy, and the woods of bitterness. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You must call out to the birds to help you rise above this frame of mind and reach the tree-tops of joy and well-being!
Use the Right/Left Arrow Keys to move, the upper Key to jump, and the Spacebar to cry out. Whenever an itch crawls up your nose, P is always there to pause.
Elude Review
I think Elude eloquently portrays the reality of what some go through on a daily basis. The atmospheric element really adds depth to the feeling of hopelessness and worthlessness. The introductory soundtrack infuses a Classical bit to warm you up to the gameplay. All in all, I think Generoso Fierro did a fantastic job executing a marvelous masterpiece!
