 "Escape The Red Giant" is a planet platforming adventure developed by the guys at oopixel.

 For years, we were confident our star would never go out. That fears of a red giant were millions of years into the distant future. We were wrong!

 Astrologists have now confirmed our time is up! What once was calculated 6,000,000 years stands corrected. Not in years, months, or even days! But seconds. You heard that right! We only have 6,000,000 seconds before our solar system gets consumed by a red flame!

 Luckily, you have a pair of skates and an incredible knack for jumping(not to mention a mutated gene enabling you to respire every gas molecule in the Universe). The gravitational chaos has caused numerous asteroids to bombard our solar system(but it looks to be gravity is on your side). You must escape with all your might from this all-consuming red giant.

 Touch the Right and Left Arrow Keys for running clockwise/counter-clockwise to gain momentum and thus jump ever farther away from the apocalypse. Press the Upper Arrow Key to plunge yourself into the sea of Space. Be sure to collect some space-junk to fuel your little rocket. Your objective(besides getting the heck out of there) is to score as many points possible.

 At first, the sound tracking will get you in an astro state of mind. But don't get surprised if tempted to press mute. The gameplay is quasi-retro and all into the platforming genre. The more you get immersed within the physics, the more relevant and interesting the game gets! My thumbs go up for oopixel on creating such a rendezvous space platformer!
